No. Many customers wear EVERLEY for light bladder leaks, postpartum drips, unpredictable periods, long trips, or simply as “just-in-case” backup on busy days. Some styles have built-in absorbency, others are regular everyday basics everything is designed to be comfortable first.

They are designed to look and feel like normal underwear from the outside. The absorbent layers are built into the fabric, so you get soft, secure coverage without the rustle, bulk, or “diaper” outline under clothing.

EVERLEY is best for light to moderate leaks, drips, and everyday protection—not for fully emptying a bladder in one go. For heavier incontinence, many customers use OENKO as a comfortable base layer and add a pad or guard when they know they’ll need extra security.

Yes. Our goal is for EVERLEY to live in your top drawer, not in a “special occasion” box comfortable enough to wear every day, with protection there when you need it. Some customers replace pads and disposable products entirely; others rotate EVERLEY with their regular basics.

Start with your usual underwear size and check our size chart for waist and hip measurements. If you’re between sizes or prefer a less snug fit, we generally recommend sizing up so the waistband stays comfortable and the protective area sits flat against the body.
