At Everley Wear, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Because underwear is a hygiene-sensitive product, specific conditions apply to returns and exchanges.
By placing an order with Everley Wear, you agree to the policy outlined below. This policy does not affect any statutory rights applicable under consumer protection laws.
1. Eligibility
Return Window
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
Eligible Condition
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unwashed

Unopened

In original packaging

With all hygiene seals, tags, and inserts intact
Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or purchase receipt is required.
Non-Eligible Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been:

Opened
-
Tried on
-
Worn
-
Washed
-
Missing original packaging or seals
2. One-Time Size Exchange
We offer a free one-time size exchange for the same product and color within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unopened and meets all eligibility requirements.
What We Cover

Shipping costs for sending the replacement size to you after approval.
What You Cover

Shipping costs for returning the unopened item to us.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchange Limit
One size exchange per order line item.
Bundle & Promotional Orders
For promotional offers such as Buy One Get One or bundle purchases:

Exchanges must be made for the complete unopened set.

Partial exchanges are not accepted.
If an exchange is rejected because the item arrives opened, worn, or otherwise ineligible, the item may be returned to you at your expense. If return shipping is declined, we reserve the right to dispose of the item safely.
3. Refunds
Due to hygiene considerations, Everley Wear does not accept change-of-mind returns for refunds.
Refunds are only available for:

Verified manufacturing defects

Damaged items received

Incorrect items shipped
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number.

Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Include photos of the packaging and hygiene seal.
Once reviewed and approved, we may provide either:

A replacement product, or
-
A refund to the original payment method
If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label.
5. How to Request a Size Exchange
To request a size exchange:

Email our support team within 14 days of delivery.

Confirm that the item remains unopened.

Include your order number.

Specify the new size requested.

Wait for your Return Authorization (RMA) instructions.

Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.
After inspection and approval, your replacement size will be shipped at no additional charge.
Everley Wear is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking information.
6. Shipping & Fees
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Shipping of approved one-time size exchange replacements

Return shipping costs for verified defective or incorrect items when a return is requested
7. Inspection & Rejections
All returned items are subject to inspection.
Items will be rejected if they are:

Opened

Worn
-
Washed
-
Stained
-
Damaged
-
Altered
-
Missing packaging or hygiene seals
Rejected items may be returned to you upon payment of return postage within 7 days of notification. Otherwise, the item may be disposed of safely.
8. Final Sale & Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened underwear products

Free gifts
-
Promotional items
-
Clearance items

Final Sale items

Partial bundle returns
Bundles must be exchanged as complete unopened sets.
9. Processing Times
Return Inspection
3–5 business days after receipt.
Exchange Shipment
Standard shipping times apply after approval.
Approved Refunds
3–7 business days to process back to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
10. Address & Delivery Issues
Orders returned due to:

Incorrect addresses

Incomplete addresses

Refused deliveries

Unclaimed packages
are not eligible for refunds.
Reshipment may be arranged after payment of applicable shipping costs.
11. Policy Misuse
Everley Wear reserves the right to limit or refuse returns, exchanges, or future purchases for accounts exhibiting excessive, abusive, or fraudulent return activity.
12. Regional Consumer Rights
United States
This policy does not limit rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable state or federal law.
United Kingdom & European Union
Customers may cancel within 14 days where permitted by applicable consumer laws, provided hygiene seals remain intact. Once opened, returns cannot be accepted for health protection reasons.
Australia
This policy operates alongside rights granted under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Canada
Customers retain all rights provided under applicable provincial and federal consumer protection legislation.
